Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Individual Consultation Calls Introduction: These Terms govern all individual consultation calls offered by Matt Shep Productions, LLC (“Company”), including Free Discovery Calls, Personalized Coaching Calls, Social Media Consultation Calls, Event and Brand Activation Consulting, and Corporate and Non-Profit Consulting. Purpose of Calls: Free Discovery Call: Complimentary, non-binding call to discuss needs and determine fit. Paid Calls: Include strategy and guidance tailored to your specific needs. Scope of Services: Calls offer professional guidance based on best practices. No commitments or deliverables are included unless stated in a follow-up agreement. Consultation and Agreement: Booking a call does not commit you to further services. Additional services will require a separate agreement. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed calls will not be refunded or rescheduled. Free Discovery Calls can be rescheduled once with notice. Payment and Refund Policy: Free Discovery Calls: No payment required. Paid Calls: Full payment is required at booking. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call or for completed calls. Confidentiality: All information shared during calls is confidential and won’t be disclosed without consent, except as required by law. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for attending calls on time and preparing relevant topics to ensure a productive session. Disclaimer and Liability: Information shared during calls is for guidance only and does not guarantee specific results. Matt Shep Productions, LLC is not liable for any losses resulting from actions taken based on advice given. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Los Angeles courts. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
